Description:

Fabulous opportunity for recent college grad to learn the ins and outs of public relations. Assist busy executives with project coordination. Answer phones, manage projects and calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations; route emails & maintain files. Prepare, edit and proofread press releases. Ability to interact with VIP's. Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 
Requirements:

A 4 year degree in the communication industry combined with related internships. Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills. PC proficiency. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and strong internet research experience.
