Description:
Assist high profile clients with bookkeeping issues related to account balances, monthly statements, check holds, returned items, overdrafts, service charges, stop payments, adjustments. Research account challenges and act as primary customer contact for non-cash transactions. Wire experience would be helpful.
Requirements:
One year + banking experience preferred. Some paid overtime required. Outstanding customer service skills.
